This Ombrae feature wall is integrated into a stormwater pump station at the west end of Williams Road. Overlooking the Sturgeon Banks, this ultility building also acts as a trailhead for pedestrian and universal access to the West Dyke Trail, making it a unique opportunity for original artwork reflecting the local natural environment. The Ombrae panels cleverly hides functional access doors and exhaust vents, and even offers integrated signage, working as a placemaking marker, for this popular trail for tourists and locals alike.
