This original artwork by Ombrae-founder and post digital artist Roderick Quin encompasses a large podium-level parking garage, wrapping the south, east, and north elevations. It is an
expression that is local in spirit, historically respectful, visually dynamic, and seeks to contribute as a placemaking enhancement gateway marker to Kelowna’s downtown core.
The site’s proximity to Historic Chinatown, historic Kelowna Regatta, and references to a range of significant flower species, were all used in a layered fashion to build up a rich final work of art.
